From brief to delivery in four steps.

Send your documents or describe the interpreting job. We confirm the language pair, word count or hours, and quote within two hours.
- Assign
We match a translator or interpreter with subject-matter expertise — legal, medical, technical or general. You can request a specific linguist by name.
- Deliver
Translations are proofread by a second linguist before delivery. Interpreting assignments get a pre-session briefing with you by email or phone.
- Certify
Certified translations arrive with a NAATI stamp and a signed declaration. We keep copies for seven years in case Immigration NZ requests verification.

Common questions
Is a NAATI-certified translation accepted by Immigration NZ?
Yes. NAATI certification is the standard accepted by INZ, NZQA and most NZ government agencies. Our certificate includes the translator's NAATI number and a signed declaration.
How long does a certified translation take?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days for documents under 3,000 words. Birth certificates and short documents are often next day. Urgent same-day is available for an additional 60%.
Can I choose my interpreter?
Absolutely. If you have worked with one of our linguists before, request them by name when booking. We will schedule them if available and suggest a comparable alternative if not.
Do you translate websites or apps?
Yes — we deliver website content as structured files (JSON, XLIFF, PO) and can work directly with your CMS. We charge by source word count and include a style guide for consistency across pages.
What languages do you cover?
We have in-house capacity for Samoan, Tongan, Hindi, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Somali, Amharic, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Russian, Ukrainian, Filipino/Tagalog, Vietnamese, Thai, Burmese, Nepali, Bengali, Sinhala, Tamil, te reo Māori, and NZ Sign Language interpreting. For other languages we sub-contract through our NZSTI network.
