Client results

What athletes say

I use the compression boots after every training and I have not missed a Crusaders academy session through soreness since I started. The Tuesday team slot fits perfectly around our schedule.
— Wiremu T., Crusaders Academy forward, 2026
The full recovery circuit the day after a long run has cut my turnaround from five days to three. I ran a PB at the Christchurch Marathon in May and credit Rebound with half of it.
— Hannah D., marathon runner, May 2026
Tara's percussive massage sessions are the best I have had anywhere. She knows CrossFit movements so she goes straight to the problem. The ice bath afterwards is brutal but the results are real.
— Josh P., CrossFit competitor, 2025
I am 52 and cycle most weekends. My physio recommended Rebound for ongoing mobility work. The Saturday morning classes are small enough that Kane actually corrects my form. My back has not complained since March.
— Carol M., weekend cyclist, Halswell, 2026
