Common questions

• How quickly can you get to me?

  Within the Hutt Valley, typical arrival is 45–60 minutes. If Craig is already nearby, it can be under 30. Book a slot online for a guaranteed window.
• Do you come to workplaces?

  Absolutely — that is where most of our work happens. We just need a level surface and enough room to jack the vehicle. Car parks, driveways, loading bays all work fine. No extra charge.
• What payment do you take?

  Card (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS via mobile terminal), bank transfer and cash. We send a receipt by email the same day.
• Can you fit tyres I have already bought?

  Yes. The $35 per tyre fitting fee applies regardless of where you bought them. If they are the wrong size we will tell you before we start.
• Do you repair run-flat tyres?

  We can assess them, but most run-flat damage is irreparable by design. We carry several run-flat sizes on the van for same-day replacement.
• Is wheel alignment included?

  Mobile alignment is not something we offer — it requires a fixed ramp. We can refer you to a trusted alignment shop in Lower Hutt and will drop the car there if needed.
• What about EVs and hybrids?

  We fit EV-rated tyres from Bridgestone, Continental and Hankook. EV tyres have a higher load index and lower rolling resistance — we stock the common sizes for Tesla Model 3/Y, BYD Atto 3 and MG ZS EV.
