Events that bloom, not burn
We plan weddings, corporate dinners and milestone celebrations with seasonal floristry, locally sourced décor and zero-waste production. Every petal, candle and linen napkin is accounted for — and composted, returned or donated the morning after.

What we design, source and manage
Every event is a one-off. We do not re-use mood boards, and we do not keep a warehouse of generic centrepieces. Instead we work with a rotating network of forty-plus Auckland makers, growers and hire partners.
Brand activations
Product launches, press dinners and gala evenings with branded florals, signage and gifting. Previous clients include Allbirds, Ecoya and Fisher & Paykel.
Birthday & anniversary parties
Intimate dinners for twenty through to 150-guest garden parties. We handle venue sourcing, catering coordination and entertainment booking.
Seasonal arrangements
Bridal bouquets, ceremony installations, table centrepieces and wearable flowers. No floral foam — we use chicken wire, kenzan and water tubes.
Décor & prop hire
Our curated collection: brass candlesticks, ceramic vessels, linen runners, timber arches, rattan screens and hand-lettered signage.
Day-of coordination
Timeline management, vendor wrangling, set-up supervision and pack-down. Two coordinators on site for events over eighty guests.
Post-event recovery
All flowers composted or donated to Mary Potter Hospice. Candle wax remade by Ponsonby Chandlers. Hired items collected by noon the next day.

Recent events we are proud of
Hana & Wiremu — Brick Bay Sculpture Trail
Mid-winter ceremony under a timber arch wrapped in dried banksia and preserved magnolia. Reception in the glass pavilion with 14 m of foraged greenery down the centre table.
Ecoya — Spring collection launch
Ponsonby Social Club transformed into a scented garden. Custom candle-making stations, living herb walls and compostable napkins printed with product notes.
Lorraine's 70th — Karangahape Rd loft
Art-deco-inspired supper club with gold taper candles, dahlia runners and a jazz trio. Zero single-use plastic across 60 place settings.
Sophie & Ash — Waiheke elopement
Cliff-top ceremony, eight-course family-style dinner at Cable Bay Vineyards, hand-tied bouquet of garden roses and sweet peas picked that morning.
Fisher & Paykel — annual gala
Spark Arena foyer with suspended floral chandeliers, branded cocktail garnishes and a full sustainability audit filed three days post-event.

05 · The process
How an event comes together
- Discovery call
30-minute video or in-person chat. We learn your vision, guest count, budget and any non-negotiables.
- Concept & mood board
Within two weeks we present a visual concept with colour palette, floral direction and three venue options.
- Design & sourcing
We brief our maker network, book vendors and build a detailed production timeline and floor plan.
- Rehearsal & bump-in
Site walk-through the week before, then our crew arrives six hours early to install every stem and candle.
- Your event
We run the timeline, liaise with vendors and solve problems you never see. You enjoy the evening.
- Recovery & report
Pack-down, composting, donation and return by noon. You receive a photo set and a sustainability audit within the week.

Studio hours
Consultations by appointment, Tuesday to Saturday. Walk-ins welcome during our monthly open studio (first Saturday, 10 am – 2 pm).
Sustainability pledge
Every event we produce is audited for waste. In 2025, our average landfill output was 2.8 kg per 100 guests — down from 9.4 kg when we started tracking in 2021.
