What I write

Every engagement starts with a voice session — a 90-minute call where I learn how your team talks, what your customers say back, and where your current copy falls short. From there I write, revise and hand off clean files with a usage guide.

Brand Voice Guide

A reference document your whole team can use: tone principles, do/don’t examples, word lists, channel-specific guidance.

From $3,200

Website Copy

Homepage, about, product/service pages, CTAs. I write for conversion and clarity — no filler paragraphs, no jargon.

From $2,800 (up to 8 pages)

Email Sequences

Onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, launch — I write the full sequence with subject lines, preview text and send timing.

From $1,800 (6-email sequence)

Thought Leadership

Bylined articles, LinkedIn posts and conference talk scripts. I interview your subject-matter expert and write in their voice.

From $900 per article

How a project runs

  1. Voice Session (Day 1)

A 90-minute call to understand your brand, audience and goals. I record, transcribe and highlight the phrases your team already uses well.

  2. Brief & Quote (Day 2–3)

I send a written brief and a fixed-price quote. No hourly billing, no scope creep. You approve before I write a word.

  3. First Draft (Week 1–2)

I deliver a complete first draft in Google Docs with comments explaining each choice. You review and mark up.

  4. Revision Round (Week 2–3)

One included revision round to refine tone, tighten phrasing and integrate your feedback. Extra rounds at $250 each.

  5. Handoff (Week 3)

Final copy in a clean Google Doc plus a short usage guide: where each piece goes, how to adapt it, what not to change.
