What we do

1. Site compliance audits. A full-day walk of your site against the HSWA, PCBU duties and your existing SMS. Written report within five working days with prioritised findings and a fix timeline.
2. Safety management systems. We build or rebuild your SMS from scratch: policies, procedures, hazard registers, training records, contractor management. Compliant with AS/NZS 45001 if you need certification.
3. Hazard registers & risk assessments. Task-based hazard identification across all roles, scored with a 5×5 matrix and linked to existing controls. Updated quarterly or after any notifiable event.
4. Incident investigation. ICAM-method investigation with root-cause analysis, corrective actions and a board-ready report. Available within 48 hours of a notifiable event.
5. WorkSafe audit preparation. Mock audit to the same standard WorkSafe inspectors use. Gaps fixed before they arrive. We attend the real audit with you if you want us in the room.
6. Training & toolbox talks. Practical sessions on risk assessment, hazard ID, permit-to-work and emergency procedures — delivered on your site, not in a classroom.

1. Scoping call (30 min, free). We ask about your site, workforce size, existing documentation and any upcoming WorkSafe engagement. No obligation.
2. Document review (off-site). We review your policies, hazard register, training records and incident log before we arrive, so the site day focuses on what we can only see in person.
3. Site walk (1 day). Two consultants walk every area, talk to workers and supervisors, photograph findings and test your emergency procedures.
4. Report (5 working days). A written report with every finding scored critical / high / medium / low, photographic evidence, and a proposed fix timeline. We present it to your leadership team in person.
5. Follow-up (90 days). We check that the critical and high findings have been closed out. One follow-up visit is included in the audit fee.
