Cashmere Medical Centre is an enrolling family practice offering same-day sick appointments, nurse-led chronic care clinics and childhood immunisations. We are part of Pegasus Health and accept Community Services Cards.

Our services
What we offer
Cashmere Medical Centre provides comprehensive general practice care for individuals and families on the Port Hills and surrounding suburbs — Cashmere, Huntsbury, Westmorland, Hillsborough and Spreydon.
GP consultations
Standard 15-minute appointments. Same-day sick appointments released at 8 am — phone or book online.
Nurse-led clinics
Diabetes management, cardiovascular risk assessment, cervical screening, wound care, immunisations and B12 injections.
Childhood immunisations
All National Immunisation Schedule vaccines. Free for enrolled children. Walk-in clinics Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
Repeat prescriptions
Request online, by phone or through the patient portal. Sent to your nominated pharmacy, usually within four hours.
Minor procedures
Skin lesion removal, ingrown toenails, IUD insertion and joint injections. Booked with Dr Adhikari or Dr Patel.
Mental health
Brief intervention counselling, referrals to Pegasus Health's free counselling service, and medication reviews.

What it costs
We are a Pegasus Health enrolled practice. Enrolled patients with a Community Services Card (CSC) pay reduced fees. Under-14 visits are free for all enrolled children.

Casual (non-enrolled) patients: $75 for a standard consultation. We encourage enrolment — the form is at the top of this page.
Repeat prescriptions
Request a repeat online
If your medication is already on your file and was last prescribed within the past six months, you can request a repeat here. Your GP reviews every request — allow up to four working hours. We send the script to your nominated pharmacy.
New patients
How to enrol
We accept new enrolments for individuals and families living in the Cashmere, Huntsbury, Westmorland, Hillsborough and Spreydon areas. Complete the form at the top of this page, or collect a paper form from reception. You will need to bring photo ID and your NHI number (printed on any hospital letter) to your first appointment.
