Stormwater design & install
Catchpit systems, soakage fields, detention tanks, swales and rain gardens. Full hydraulic design to TP108 and Hamilton City standards.

Wastewater reticulation
Gravity sewer, pump stations, laterals to boundary. We handle the connection to the council main and the as-built survey.

Water supply
Rider mains, tee connections, backflow prevention, fire hydrants. PE and PVC to SNZ PAS 4509.

Subdivision infrastructure
Full three-waters package for greenfield and infill subdivisions. We coordinate with the surveyor, engineer and council from consent to 224c.

CCTV pipe inspection
Pre-purchase, pre-consent and post-install inspections. We provide video and a written report within 48 hours.

Repairs & maintenance
Blocked drains, collapsed pipes, soak hole renewals. We carry a jetter and locator on every truck.
Project portfolio
Rotokauri North Stage 4
Full three-waters design and install for a greenfield subdivision on the city's north-west growth cell. 1.2km of 225mm stormwater main, 800m wastewater gravity, 14 catchpits, a 120m3 detention tank and connections for every lot.
Passed council inspection first time. 224c issued within 5 working days.
Countdown Te Rapa Rd
Redesigned the stormwater network for a 4,200m2 carpark expansion. Oil separators, scruffy domes, permeable-paver soakage zones and a bypass to the existing 450mm council main. Completed in a 6-week window between tenants.
Zero resource-consent conditions breached. Consent monitoring closed.
Waipā District — Pirongia Rd
Replaced 650m of failing 300mm AC wastewater main with 375mm PE under a live road. Night works, traffic management, bypass pumping and a 28-day completion target. We finished in 22.
Six days ahead of schedule. No overflows during bypass.
